The Pachyderms of Greater Baton Rouge announced at
their meeting on October 20th that they will be
collecting letters of support to President Bush.
"You can type it, handwrite it, or email it us through
our website at BatonRougeRepublicans.com" said
Pachyderm Chairman Cullen Saucier. "We ask that they
be supportive"
According to Vice Chairman Jeff Blanco "The issue came
up because we felt that President Bush was taking a
lot of unfair and fanatical criticism. We wanted to
give people an opportunity to show their support for
the President. This isn't the time to be divided, it's
the time to be united."
The October 20th meeting will be 7 pm at Charlie's
Coffee on Rebel Dr across the street from Baton Rouge
Community College. The next speaker will be City
Councilman Darrell Ourso.
